Hello Grati-Tuesday! Today I’m grateful for my heart. Yes, the one that loves and the one that keeps me alive. I’ve been a little lazy of late. My pants had a discussion in the closet yesterday and told my a$$ that it is getting out of control. The message was delivered via a semi-permanent button engraving on my belly. It would appear I’ve taken my heart for granted. Putting my exercise aside while I enjoyed too many calories and too many overbooked days and nights.

Enough! Tick Tock! The Heart needs to Rock!

Last night I made my heart a promise -- at first light, we play! My fuzzy brain and limbs were less than thrilled. Yet when my heart started beating out that rhythm of Joy to be Alive, my whole body went happy!

Dear Heart -- thank you for showing up for me...even when I forget.
